Provenant de la Villa Clara Schumann a Francfort Sotheby's, Paris auction catalog Sale # PF5025 "CLARA" Sale date: December 16, 2005 523 lots in the sale. All illustrated in color. Prices realized sheets included. This was a large sale with a massive catalog. Certainly the largest and one of the finest collections of French ceramics from the 1880's through the 1960's ever to be brought to auction. There are a few surveys, published in France, of this material, but nothing as comprehensive as this catalog. Over 500 pieces by virtually every good designer, particularly of ceramics.
